Terry, you are so skilled at helping a client understand what they want and need in order to feel embraced by their surroundings. Although we designed a custom home 30 years ago, we didn’t reflect on our vision for each room with a professional such as yourself. The difference between the two building experiences is monumental. One thing that really stood out to me is that as we moved in this house, I felt immediately “at home”. I credit you for this instant level of comfort! You were so skilled at helping us decide what we wanted from each of our spaces that by the time we finished them, we felt “complete” to be in them.
Thank you for helping us decide what pieces of furniture and art we would bring with us and what we could part with before we moved. It felt “tricky” trying to merge belongings from our family home of 30 years with treasures from two offices and with new pieces of furniture. You made it all come together; again contributing to the sense of being embraced by what we loved and excited about the new things we chose to add in our carefully designed spaces.
Your patience with the process of choosing new materials and styles was amazing and very much appreciated. Your attention to the fairness of prices and ability to find the right price point was also really appreciated. I know, without a doubt, we were able to do more with our money because you helped us find the right materials and furniture manufacturers.
You can see by my comments that the Woodford’s appreciate both your attentive style as well as your professional knowledge. Our new house became a home the day we moved in and we salute your professional design services in helping us get where we wanted to be. Given we didn’t even know where we were headed when we started, the fact that it ( furniture, window coverings, paint, finishes, wall art, outdoor spaces, etc.) all came together is an amazing feat!
